We have seen a growing interest in everything related to gastronomy such as good eating habits, quality products, and new cooking techniques. There has been an increase in social media and news and television programmes about cooking, healthy food and ethical food production.
People are more aware of the importance and beauty of delicious food and where it comes from.

The term gourmet is in our vocabulary already for long time. And you may ask yourself which are the conditions for a product to be considered gourmet?   We believe that it is not just the price that makes food gourmet. Food Grit believes that it is the quality of the product and the care and passion that the producer puts into crafting that product that makes a product truly gourmet.
